About WiseBuild

Wisebuild Ltd is a firmly established building contractor since March 2017 serving the Leinster area.
Its founders, David Shiels and Iosif Neculai have over 40 years combined experience between them and continue to expand and build on their excellent reputation with much of their work coming by way of referral from previous customers.
Based in Dundrum, South Dublin, our team are fully qualified and experienced to carry out a wide range of works including; Passive House Builds, Extensions, Refurbishment works, Loft Conversions. Our team are also fully equipped to undertake large and small building work whether in the domestic, commercial or industrial sectors.
Having builders in your home while building works is carried out, can disrupt your daily routine. We are fully aware of that and we do our best to minimise the effect it has on you and your family. We work with fully qualified tradesmen: plumbers, carpenters, painters and decorators, bricklayers, roofers, electricians, builders and with the Local Authority.
